What to do if you have received a Provincial Offence Notice (“Ticket”) on the TTC property
If you have received a Provincial Offence Notice (“Ticket”) on the TTC property, you must within 15 days elect one of the options on the back of the Ticket.
If you do not exercise one of the options within 15 days of receiving the notice, you will be deemed not to dispute the charge and a justice may enter a conviction against you.
