Personal Information Banks Directory

In accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), the TTC is responsible for protecting all personal information under its control.  Personal information collected by the TTC must be protected against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copy, use or modification. The Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act defines a Personal Information Bank (PIB) as “a collection of personal information that is organized and capable of being retrieved using an individual’s name or an identifying number or particular assigned to the individual”.

Pursuant to section 34 (1) of MFIPPA, TTC maintains an Index of Personal Information Banks (PIB).

Review the list of all Personal Information Banks in the custody of, or under the control of TTC.
